- ½ pint of cream
- 2 large sheets of gelatin
- 125 g of water
- 100 grams of sugar
- ½ kg of strawberries
Preparazione:
Prepare the syrup by boiling water with sugar, where loose sheets of gelatin and cooled, purée the strawberries and whip cream. Add the cream and strawberry syrup and mix well with a whisk. Put the mousse in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
